    It's imperative that these revolutions abide with international human rights and rule of law by highly encouraging the deposition through exile sparing the masses from massacres, further bloodshed, etc. and as my mother termed the dictator's demise - a "scheeta" in Hebrew meaning slaughter. This type of violence is no longer appropriate for Western consumption and repeated exposer as on CNN. There's something in the Torah about the dignity of the body and the deceased despite being one's sworn enemy. A dictator's mental illness should not be our spectacle consumption. It's tragic all around.
