Actually, posts on Haaretz are most educational. If I were to judge by the people around me, why Palestinians and Israelis cannot make peace would be utterly puzzling. It is refreshing to read posts here every once in a while. It reminds me that there are people - who despite being well-educated, middle-class, and Internet savvy - have no inkling of history and live in the 19th century modernizing mentality of colonial powers. Pierre and Dror, if you find this thought too complicated for you, pick up a real history book and quit regurgitating propaganda as your own enlightened thoughts.
