I read one article here complaining the oligarch in charge of the offshore drilling did not want to pay taxes, which would be used for the general welfare of Israelis. That is exactly the problem they are having in Russia. As the tax collector is unable to collect taxes from the oligarchs, the poor Russian welfare system is broke and unable to take care of the poor. As nationalization was used in Iran, when BP only gave them 10%; the oligarchs in Israel should understand, they have to pay taxes to avoid nationalizatiion or something else. The Russian oligarchy can be compared to totalitarianism; there is the hope too that one day Russia will become capitalistic; however, isn't that a joke when the end of Orwell's Animal Farm predicts that and the former socialist utopia will become oppressors of labor. Someone help the working man.
