I think that we all know the answer to that. "" Of course we know the answer. Suitable security arrangements are negotiated between Israel and Palestine and other neighboring states. It's that simple. So simple, in fact, that this is precisely why Israel won't agree to a comprehensive withdrawal...if they did, peace would ensue and they wouldn't have endless security related reasons to subjagate an other people.
