again another excuse for reaching an agreement. Israel expects Hamas to accept previous agreeements between the PA and Israel while at the same simply ignoring the fact that these agreements have never ever been applied by Israel and also totally denied by Sharon and his gang when he was walking hand in hand with 'peacemaker' GW Bush a few years ago. Do you think the palestinians would negociate a peace agreement with a government represented by Likoud members whose electoral program (let's it a charter) denies the palestinians their State and independance, and extreme-right parties openly calling for population transfer, passing racist laws, supporting occupation in the territories, arming settlers ? now israelis get upset because Hamas and Fatah are united ? oh what a shame ! Hamas is nothing compared to those in Israel who do not deal with 'arabs' because they're arabs. Amazing blindness and hypocrisy from the israelis. The situation is getting worse and worse and Israel still thinks it can use military force against civilians forever....it seems Israel never ever had other arguments than force against the palestinians. Using force is for those who don't feel confident.
