Lebanon was a screw-up and fortunately both sides managed to disengage away from the point-of-no-return where everybody could have been losers. And now Israel wants to prepare war against Iran?! Tell me what is the cost of dealing Iran as it is now and the cost of dealing with Iran in an open-war? Asymetrical war in Lebanon has already produced unexpected outcome for Israel. You go direct to Iran, that wouldeven be a bigger asymetrical war. I doubt if Europeans or the US can stomach that after, before you know it, these states might just abandon you in front of CNN when you are almost completed with Iran. Ask yourself. Is it worth it to follow the US and Europeans in their score against Iran and become their proxy-army? How come they don't solve the problem themselves? Why has it got to be Israel all the way? Who is living in the Middle-East? Israel and Iran. If there is war, what is going to be destroyed? The Middle-East. Who will be the losers? Definitely not the US or EU.
