I must say that I find the messages on "what constitutes a visit" quite offensive. The point here is obvisouly not "how long an official is outside of the country" in order to re-new his or her visit, and hence become able to meet with whichever side they did not meet with on the first visit. Rather, quite clearly, the point is how FAR they travel outside of the country. Ergo European visitors must return all the way to Europe in order to qualify as being on a new visit, and therefore be allowed to meet with the un-met side, though not nesecarily all the way to their country of origin, given the formation of the European Union (though since Norway is not in the EU, Norwegian officials would need to travel at least to a Scandinavian country in order to ammend their visit status). Of course all the leftie liberals are going to cave into Arab terror and promote short "flying visits" to neighboring countries as a way of re-newing their visit status. They can go to hell!!!
