    Of course ,it is apartheid--when laws,practices and policies have different application depending on ethnic or religious background that's apartheid.Of course there are different forms of apartheid --the South African form was one and the Israeli form is another. "Apartheid" of course means separation and that's precisely the goal and aim of Israeli policy vis a vis the Palestinians . This is openly stated in Israel: "the demographic problem ",the separate roads ,the different land-owning rights of Jews and Palestinians,the separate schools ,etc etc --every day Haaretz articles openly discuss how much racism is permissable and this without apology. If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ,its generally a duck .
