(continuation) So how do we stop the Qassam fire? Were the government to strongly warn those firing Qassams that the next Qassam striking Israeli territory would be met with the immediate evacuation of the Arab settlement nearest the firing site (or not, as its residents see fit), and the systematic turning of that Arab settlement into a parking lot, and were it then to actually send the IAF to do just that, the pressure of the civilian Arab population on the terrorists to stop would be overwhelming, as they would know with absolute certainty the price of Qassam attacks. Has Israel got the steel, or has the Oslo surrender to terror taken it away? I wonder.
