IS this good for Israel. We now have a new set of rules that we have to do business by. According to OECD rules, any international sale with more than 6% commission will be considered suspect of including bribes to foreign officials. Brazil was also offered membership and declined. The shekel has been a strong currency for several years, with billions of dollars of foreign investment flowing into Israel. Do we need the OECD?
