This is the best time to return Shaba farms. It is really not a concession to Hezbollah, no matter what they might claim. But insist on the international force not be under UN command, and insist on the strong security for that area in particular. Hezbollah cannot be defeated militarily. it's too intertwined into the society, and it's a guerilla type force. That is an interminable fight. As long as the main Arab players are willing to gove Israel cover as they have been doing in this conflict, Israel should take it as an opportunity to untangle itself from places like Gaza and Shaba. I believe Hamas has learned a good lesson from Lebanon and it's own predicament and can be eventually tamed. Israel has proven that it will not be terred in it's pursuit of terrorists hiding among civillians. That is an extremely important lesson. But it's time to prepare to end all ocupation. The next time rockets fall in a conflict they will begin "beyond Haifa". It's Time.....for fundamental change.
