There is no actual occupation. An occupation infers that a foreign army occupies another country and no such act is occurring. Israel has a very valid claim to the land of Judea and Samaria. Historically and morally it's as much as part of Israel as Tel Aviv and Haifa are. The Arabs living there have civil autonomy and their own representatives. Those who perpetuate the occupation myth are only harming chances for a lasting peace. To many people, especially the PLO, ALL of Israel is occupied land.
