Israel systematically discriminates against Israeli Arabs in terms of government funding, immigration policies etc. in the name of building The Jewish State. Israel has been keeping the Pals hostage since 1967 till it gets the peace deal it wants. In the meantime it has used all sorts of questionable means to take land for settlements and the present government has little intention of negotiating a peace deal in good faith. There you go. That's what deligitimizes Israel's current policies. They don't delegitimize Israel itself yet, but that will increasingly happen unless things change. I don't get my information from some sinister international left conspiracy, I get it from Haaretz. So Israel' government can either change policies or it can start trying to suppress opposition voices. Perhaps inevitably it seems to be doing the latter. It won't work obviously. It will only do more damage to Israel and still at the end leave the occupation and discrimination to be dealt with.
