The increase in Qassam was an obvious attempt to divert attention and interest from the internal squabbling. So what? Israel still can not allow Sederot to become a ghost town. The air strikes should continue until the Qassams stop. Israel can create a buffer zone by making the firing areas a no-entry zone. Sending in ground forces would only play in to Hamas' plans and lead to causalities. Israel should try other avenues such as shutting off utilities.
