It seems that Obama is changing the old Bush policies, including using pre-emptive strikes. Critics said that a pre-emptive strike would set precedent for the other side to use them against us, so the critics may have been listened to. Unilateralism is being replaced by multi-lateralism and cooperation with other muslim states. Wasn't the threat on Iran also supposed to create pressure on Iran to change regime there??? The atempt was put down by Iran. Regime change might have changed the leaders, but those new leaders would have kept the nukes???? So, the question is what new policies is Obama going to use, and is he going to get re-elected? So far sanctions and keeping ties with Turkey were suggested to pressure Iran. Giving further consideration to who would make a better president is another, Obama or Romney??? Right now, I favor Obama, but that is my personal opinion.
