Obama turned the U.S. policy of mediation in the Midest into an active role will not help anyone . Neither Israel nor the Arab needs to look at the U.S in such a role that turned the U.S an enemy in the eyes of both Arabs & Israel ! The Arab Countries are also to be blamed for not making this conflict less impossible by encouraging the Palestinians to continue believing in their illusions & not bringing some reality to this conflict. The Arab Countries are also to be blamed for not making it publicly clear their future relations with Israel; such steps will diffuse the confusion surrounding the stability in this area and also it will throw some cold water on the Iranians ambitions in the Sunni heartlands. The pressure as mentioned in this article of Ari Shavit can be real if the world will continue to put pressure on Israel and avoid to do the same on the Arab Countries & that include the Palestinians. The pressure on Israel alone will not help to bring peace !

from the article: Obama must stop demanding the impossible from Israel
