Obama is the elected voice of the USA in the world. He has to weigh our interests not necessarily among world personalities but among each nation's evolving policies insofar as those policies affect the USA. What affects the US in the world is the business of the American President. He has to act in the best interest of our country first and its allies next. That includes Israel. Someone asked if "The" US congress represents all Americans. No, it does not and it was never intended to be so! Each congressman/congresswoman has, as a first obligation, to represent their 1/435th of the nation. Each Senator represents 1/50th of the USA. Each of those congressional districts and states are unique demographically & geographically & each has unique wants & needs from the federal government. For those who want to know how our government works (as well as any human entity can work), THE FEDERALIST PAPERS & THE ANNALS OF AMERICA are good places to start...but not to stop.
