There is a difference between Obama's dream and the dream of Martin Luther King---the difference is action. MLK worked to realize his dream in time-space and places all over America. If Obama wanted to make an impact---a real action move---he should have given his "dream" speech to the Knesset and not to college students who are by nature idealistic but politically impotent. He should have spoken truth to power----a tactic he avoids also in the U.S. The right-wing Knesset would have marked Obama's words with trepidation and it seems to me the members of the Knesset might have come to the conclusion that Obama is serious about the direction Israel should take. The message by default is clear, Obama is not going to rock thee boat.
