Notice that the psycho-right refuses to think past the initial attack. They universally insist that after the attack, everything will be peace and light, with rose strewn victory parades and no retaliation or action by the enemy. That this never happens eludes them. One could not ask for a more glorious and easy victory than the Six Day War though lets face it things got pretty dicy in the Yom Kippur War. But just as Adolf Hitler could never imagine anything beyond the next victory, his spiritual and intellectual heirs love and live for war and refuse to consider the consequences. What happens after Israel conquers Syria? Does it occupy Syria? Does it leave? What happens next? Another moderate secular government or a rabid Islamist government? Will Syrians cower meekly or will the retaliate when and where they can? Hey, don't think about that for a minute. Lets start a war for the fun of it. It worked for George Bush, the Baghdad Cakewalk. Only godless commie reality disagrees.
