That is the part that is missing from your analysis. There is no force that will get Israel to occupy and annex Gaza and the WB Palestinian cities or give Palestinians citizenship. This is why the single state is not a threat. Palestinians in the West Bank and Gaza do not have Israeli citizenship and do not live in lands subject to Israeli law. No state can be forced to grant citizenship. It just doesn't work that way. Don't worry about a single state solution, it isn't in the cards. The real question is what happens to the Palestinians that live in the WB cities and Gaza. If they don't negotiate for a state with Israel, they will pretty much continue to be stateless and if they get recognized by the UNSC as a state, then their effective borders will be the area under the current effective control of the PA. The Palestinians do not come out ahead here...
