I tried to make sense of this article " nothing to sell the Palestinians" and am really bewildered.Danny Rubinstein rejects totally Chairman Abbas and the Fatah party and in his view the future pf the Palestinian people lies in the hands of Hamas, the terrorist government banned by the civilised world.According to Rubinstein's Haaretz paper published today " the Palestinian human rights groups accuse Hamas of prisoner deaths." If this is correct, how then can Rubinstein possibly reconcile his claim to the effect that Hamas is the majority party to deal with and not Fatah, since it is quite evident to all of us that the Palestinian people themselves are disillusioned and are now beginning to face the bitter facts that they have no future with and can no longer trust Hamas, a gang of criminals who brought them nothing but misery, destruction and above all poverty.??
