It is tax revenues. So it is money that belongs to the P.A ! Not some kind of voluntary gift or extraordinary social help from Israel. Israel should transfer all the money to Abbas' government and let him do the administration. Nobody can predict the future but everybody knows that the West Bank need a stable economy and the possibility to build up their own businesses and be able to pay out salaries to their employees. It is simply rediculous to speak about the terror threat everytime financial help to this area is mentioned. The terror-threat is an auto-answer which does not justify the economical punishment of all who live in the area. Come real: Nobody can have 100% guarantee for no future aggression in that region. Show trust and fairness. What will be the next suggestion: lobotomi of all Palestinians?!!!
