Through talk with local Israelis, I have heard quite a few opinions just like Seaman's. This is a good indication that Israel has some population believing that Japanese imperialism still runs secretly deep in the head of modern Japanese, or simply they are reluctant to let it go more than the other part of Asia for some reason. I'm sure though, those people have a thing with Japanese imperialism for good or bad.
