    If you are referring to the 48 conflict you are very much mistaken to describe the Palestinians (or Arab world in general) as possessing superior numbers of fighters or weaponry. It was the Jews who possessed well trained and armed militas - not the other side. As for maintaining the occupation indefinitely - well Israel can try and attempt to justify its military domination of non-Jews on a mythical past but it is ultimately unsustainable. Levy understands this.
