"You don`t allow people, who you are at war with, to enter your country. It`s not a war crime. You have no idea what you are talking about." SDSHD, an army cannot expel civilians from their land and country, demolish their homes and seize the land for its own race. It is ethnic cleansing, which is a crime in humanitarian law. It also breaches the Geneva Conventions in two respects, forceful expulsion and settlement of land held under belligerent occupation. It is also land theft in common law. All 4 are underscored by Israel's subsequent refusal to let these people return to their homes. Rather than denying undisputed facts, just face it: it was a dark chapter in Israel's history and Ben Gurion, Rabin et al are lucky not to have been shipped off to The Hague. Israel remains liable for compensation to all affected.
