President Obama seemed to win this foreign policy debate in Boca Raton, FL ( my brother's hometown) because Governor Romney agreed more or less with the approach that the Obama administration has been taking all along the past four years on almost all the points. Suddenly Gov. Romney's a dove! Where did this come from? The only areas which really stood out as having differences from one another were 1) U.S. Navy short of 15 ships 2)for Romney the Cold War is not over and 3) when President Obama arrived in Israel, he did not take "donors" or "fundraise" in the Jewish State. Other than that, they both seemed to indicate that they could collaborate and work together. Perhaps the Republicans are moving to the political centre!
