(But don't tell it to the Saudis, they might be buying a pig in a poke.) To be very accurate the bomb needs to communicate with a satellite during its fall to correct its trajectory. I imagine that if such bombs falls into the wrong hands, say when the regime is overthrown, the US will be able to disallow its satellites to transmit the information.
