    We're talking centuries or millenia. On the other hand, many settlers have deeds that are forgeries. The ownership matter needs to be settled by the ICC. What we DO have is a border declared by Israel in '48, and a border to the Green Line declared by Palestine. The ONLY land that is up for negotiation is between the two.
