    Karsenty was initially found guilty of libel against France 2, but an appeal's court overturned this verdict. However, a higher court itself rejected the appeal's court verdict and ordered a new review of all the evidence. Tomorrow, on 22.05.2013, the Court will rule on this. The question is: is Karsenty by claiming that the whole footage of the killing of Mohammed al-Dura was deliberately staged, libellous or not?
