A proposal that encourages green zones and prohibits weak buildings sounds good to me. But you know, maybe you have a point. I would like to hear both sides of the coin here, you are only presenting the disadvantages of the plan, and painting the proponents in a very bad light, something all of us Israelis know is not accurate.
