From what is in the NYT there is nothing solid about this case. A 24 yr old was recruited and worked for "someone" who he may have presumed to be hezbollah. That is what it boils down to. He was a young businessman with unusual connections, but not close connections that could solve simple shipping problems. He was being managed with thick gloves. Unless much more solid ties come out he may turn out to be yet another problem for Israel's case.
