They need a specific isotope of uranium enriched to 85% to make anything close to weapons grade uranium. It looks like they may be using it for energy. I wouldn't jump to conclusions just yet. They should continue to monitor their progress though. If they do make a weapon, it may be a very risky situation for them. We have bases surrounding them and a launch of said weapon on Israel would be crazy. I'm not saying they aren't capable, but I am saying to be wary of attacking them for creating an energy source for themselves.
