depends on who you call an "arab". not all "arabs" are muslim, the same as not all muslims are "arabs". the biggest population of muslims are to australia's north, and all converts too, safely classed as descendants of ham, not shem, as japhet went west to the islands. the race card is not the issue here, it's the belief and ideology. in the 7th century ce when islam was developed, it was derived from the tanach,(modified in babylon), but it also had elements of roman and eastern orthodox left there by byzantium, all jew-haters, so the result is the same as it ever was, ie anti-israeli (or anti-judea if you like) "nations" don't hate monolithically, it is individuals with power and control who hate, and cause others to hate by spreading false rumours.
