    Becuase Israel gets 10 billion per year so 10 x 10 = 100 billion is what Israel will recieve over the next decade, and that doesnt take into account loan guarantees. If the US wants to save money on aid, it has to stop giving Israel money first and foremost. The world does not largely care if Egypt gets aid, particularly in the post Mubarak era. If the US stoped aid to Israel, it would save money and regain international political credibility.
