I think I have at least a clue. But please don't imply or infer that the enormous Israeli military complex developed independently of the U.S. and Germany, among other European nations. At least three submarines, (probably armed with nuclear warheads), were provided by Germany. I would dare to say that, without disproportionately large U.S. and German cooperation and funding, (voluntary and otherwise), that Israel would not be the 4th or 5th largest and most powerful military in the world. You surely don't dispute that, do you?
