"When you have endured what Wiesel did" No. That's not the way it works. Should I commit a murder before I comment on the act itself. I think not. I read Primo Levi who is far better role model than Wiesel and he managed to do it without prioritising financial gain. I worked for several years alongside a holocaust survivor who spoke for *free* and is worth ten Wiesels. Wiesel is a repugnant apologist for Israel who dropped the Armenians like a ton of bricks as soon as it became awkward for Israeli Turkish relations. If he believed in anything other than self enrichment he would never have done that. If he believed in holocaust education as a virtuous act in of itself he wouldn't charge exorbitant speaker fees. So bottle yourself up norm, I am doing fine as I am thanks.
