The Arabs iiving in the West Bank are newcomers. The Jews historically have a much stronger claim to the West Bank. One can twist the argument any which way. The issue will not be resolved by history; only by negotiation. The longer the Pals delay negotiation the longer they will wait to be the governors of the West Bank territory. In contrast Israel can wait until the Pals sit down and discuss a peace agreement seriously and realistically. All the rest of the comments are pure hot air..The US has no role in the peace agreement and should stay out of it. This is strictly between West Bank Arabs and Israel. One can predict there will be no serious discussion in the near future. Meanwhile Israel will get stronger and richer and the Pals will remain beggars dependent on handouts. They have no leverage on Israel. One may argue that Netanyahu is not serious but at least he says,"Let us sit down and discuss peace and boundaries." You can believe him or not but he says it.
