    • Arab vs Arabian
    • 13.05.13 | 12:05 (IDT)

The Palestinians aren't genetically Arabians. As in the fact that Ashkenazim having Yiddish (a Germanic language) as their traditional language did not make them genetically Germans, neither does having Arabic as their traditional language male the Palestinians genetically Arabians (ie. those who invaded). An Arab is one thing. An Arabian is another thing. The Lebanese, the Sudanese, the Moroccans, the Palestinians, the Egyptians are all Arabs, but none of them are Arabians. You can become an Arab. Thats culture and language. You can't become an Arabian. That's blood and ancestry. The Moroccans, Lebanese, Egyptians, Palestinians, Sudanese are all different genetic populations to each other, and then there are the Arabians who did the invading you mentioned. The latter did the invading, and through elite minority dominamce, imposed their culture and language on the prior, by which they became "Arabs", but they did not become Arabians. They did invade themselves. Lol. There's a suttle distinction.
