Abraham moved to Palestine and resided with the south Palestinian king. That's a bit of interesting history from the Tanakh, but not relevant to the question. The questions are these;: 1) Is the WB within or without Israel's declared and legal borders, and 2) Did Israel ever LEGAL annex any land OUTSIDE of those borders. If not, nothing outside of her borders belongs to Israal, Those are the ONLY issues. If Israel WAS successful at getting the Palestinians vote to annex, she would have t give fill Israeli citizenship to every resident. One of the key provisions of post-1949 international law is, you can't take the land without taking the entire population of it.
