?American Jews don't like the American administration dictating to Israel what it should or shouldn't do.? Nonsense, American Jews are loyal and patriotic Americans. They are not firstly Israelis subverting US interests and they can see from afar how damaging the path is that Israel is following. They know how desperately important it is for Israel to change course and they know that it is only their country that has the power to persuade them to do so. ?Why does Israel have to pay the price for the proximity talks?" It?s unreasonable to complain that Israel is forced into concession while Pal isn?t. Cancelling settlement expansion isn?t a concession. It?s no big dead, it?s not retreating from land, it?s just canning a building project that hasn?t begun yet. Build within the green line or maybe build homes in E Jerusalem/WB that aren?t exclusively for Jews. Holding all the power in the relationship, it is up to the Israel to concede autonomy, land, peace. The Pals no power and little to concede, since it is they, after all, who are living under occupation.
