    In international waters is fine if there was clear warning and if the ship in question made it clear that it intends to breach the blockade. 1) Starting at 12 miles offshore, it would be impossible to stop six ships. Most would reach land before you boarded them (noted by former chief of IDF. 2) Recordings (available on Youtube) clearly show warnings in English, very simple and clear, about entering a hostile zone under blockage. Recordings also include responses from the ships. In short, It was very legal the way it was done. (Maybe not very smart, but definitely legitimate.)
