    Some people are only satisfied with religious Jews serving in the army if there are funerals and grieving parents. We, as a part of this country, have nothing at all to be embarrassed about. We are not citizens "sug bet" and don't have to justify our needs for the army to respect Jewish norms. It is people like you that cause the Hareidim to dismiss it all as shmad.
