Nothing short of a miracle can ease the pain and suffering of the Palestinians living under such oppressive conditions in Gaza. This is immensely heartbreaking. While other Arabs are breaking out and deciding their fate on the streets, Gazans are left with political factions that don't seem to care about the consequences of their actions. Not only are they oppressed by the Israeli blockade and control of land, sea and air but also by their own leaders. God forbid should there be a sequel to the 2008 Israeli attack, there is nowhere for them to flee and this time around it will be worse than the first operation cast lead. Justice is being denied to these people on a daily basis -from their very own and from Israel. I hope that Hamas can bring some order and stability and stop these rockets from flying anywhere else. I don't believe Egypt and Jordan are in a strong position to help mediate this conflict. This is just plain madness. My thoughts and prayers are with the Palestinian men, women and children in Gaza.
