    exempting them is not raid to anyone else. Draft everybody, or abolish the draft, and go to voluntary enlistment, only. Or, give everyone a choice between national service or the military. Or, draft everyone, and arrest ALL draft dodgers. If Israel wants to be a democracy, she needs legal system's that apply to everyone. The seculars and the middle class are already bearing way too much of the burden.
