Most ministers in the security cabinet were sidelined and did not receive full information during Operation Protective Edge, according to officials who have seen a draft report by State Comptroller Joseph Shapira.09:09 05.05.16 | 0 comments
We can all see that the Israeli soldiers stormed a ship in international waters and had no right to do so. The people on board defended themselves as much as they could, Israeli soldiers shot at them and killed a few of them. This was an act of crime by Israel against the people on the flotilla and an act of self defence by the people on the flotilla. If the situation was reversed and someone stormed an Israeli ship, I am suire there would be no probe whatsoever, but G-d forbid anyone punishing Israel based on the facts that we see, we need to do a probe and somehow conclude that Israel had the right to commit the crime it did. How pathetic the UN is and the double standard it takes when it comes to Israel. Any act like this by another country and sanctions would immediately follow, no probe needed.
