I think no plan will solve the problem if there is not a basic compromise among Israel and Arab Palestine; mutual recognizing, with some precise borders, before other discussions. Radical opinions, like "right of return", from one side, and "Cisjordania annexation", from the other, must be repudiated. Perhaps a second Oslo summit would be necessary. Not only the USA wants peace for the Middle East. All decent and democratic people around the world hopes it also. Luiz Felipe Haddad.
