    What occurred in Rwanda is tragic, and what occurred in Darfur more recently is also horrible. In Darfur, Arabs committed genocide on indigenous black, African people. The world did not help. The world would also be silent if Jews were slaughtered which is why Israel must be cautious in signing an agreement with it's enemies.
