arabs in israel all speak Hebrew fluently, there is no need to have arabic as a national language as it was back int he 1950s, when few arabs had a good grasp of Hebrew. Arabic at the national level was used at the time to help arabs integrate. today, they can do so using Hebrew, which they know very well. Having arabic as a national language is yet another necessary ideological strain on our budget. money can be spent elsewhere rather on translating government docs into arabic!!
