Israel is the only nation where the annexation of East Jerusalem is not seen as a violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention. That Israel is in violation of a convention motivate by, and intended to prevent, the crimes of Nazi Expansionism is a bitter fact. As the international community has no gumption to enforce it's laws, then I think it HAS accepted tacitly what it refuses to recognize as lawful. Still, is there any moral difference between a Jew living in East Jerusalem than those that were settled into the lands of Polish Jews? Only if you agree with what the Germans did because they had the power to do it. Or, only if you are devoid of any moral substance and decency. But that is what led the Germans to think they had the right to do it. Israel, the nation which was to be a light unto the world, as well as a refuge for the persecuted Jews of that world has become what it was intended to oppose. A Jew who persecutes gentiles is just as vile as a gentile who persecutes Jews
