I think not. We have a PM of Israel who makes not only provocative statements but who backs up those statements with actions. Much of the infrastructure for the EI is alreeady in place for the building that is to go on. Ramot Shlomo is ready for construction and the Israeli PM has made it very clear that all of Maale Adumim and the other colonies with which they have surrounded Jerusaalem in all directions will never be part of a Palestinian State. His Likud Party's charter states clearly that there will be no second state between the Mediterranean and tJordan. That should be proof enough.
